Born in Belo Horizonte and trained across three continents, Rafael Carvalho brings 22 years of culinary mastery to Ember & Salt. After acclaimed stints at El Celler de Can Roca, Noma, and D.O.M., he returned to Brazil to celebrate the extraordinary richness of Amazonian and cerrado ingredients through the lens of fire cooking.
